INDIAN KHICHDI Recipe

Description : INDIAN KHICHDI  , Ingredients   Rice - 1. 1/2 Glass. Moong Dal : 1/2 glass. Green chilies : 4 Nos. Curd : 1 cup. Lemon- 1. Bay leaf- 1. Cloves-  7 -10 pieces. Black pepper - 7-10 pieces. Onions - 2 big Size. Turmeric - 1/4 spoon. Ghee - 3 table spoon. Oil - 4 Tea spoon. Pudina leaves Bunch. Salt . Jeera 1/4 spoon. eliachi- 5-8 nos Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 table Spoon. Procedure: 1.Take Rice cooker ( Suggested to Use electric Cooker or You can use Normal Cooker Also) . Heat the Cooker or pan and add 3 tbl spoon Oil. 2 , Add jeera , cloves , elaichi , bay leaves , green chillies ( slit length wise ) and fry till aroma comes out. 3.  Add finely chopped onions, Add little salt and  fry till it turns to golden brown colour. 4. Add ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon , and slightly fry and mix it well with other ingredients . 5.Add 3 Tbl spoon Pure ghee, and also add washed rice and Moong dal simultaneously and fry till it lightly changes color
