Ramzan Special Halwa

Sewai or semiya or Vermicelli Halwa is a sweet dish which is full of traditional taste and enough nutrition. It is my favorite dish which i love to prepare and share it with my family members and friends. Especially, in the rainy or winter season, semiya lovers love to prepare and serve it hot along with their family members. Masala Egg curry Recipe

Masala Egg Curry Recipe INGREDIENTS- Peanuts -40 gms Till seeds - 4 tbspn Jeera- 5 Tsp Dhanya/Coriander seeds - 3 tspn Red chillies - 2/as per taste Dry coconut - 1/4 cup /or less as per taste Turmeric powder Onions - 2 tomatoes - 1 Tamarind pulp - lemon sized in !/4 cup water salt to taste Eggs - 4 ( hard boiled , peeled and slit) 1 small cinnamon stick , 5 cloves and 1 tsp pepper(make fine powder ) Corriander HOW TO- First dry roast all the peanuts , till seeds, jeera , dhanya , red chilles , dry coconut , whole garam masala and make fine powder Then fry 1 and a half onion and make paste . In pan add required oil and finely chopped onion ( remaining part) and tomatoes and let them fry and form gravy like consistency. Now add the dry masala powder and onion paste and let it cook for few minutes . Add turmeric and salt, and close the lid and let the gravy boil . Then add tamrind pulp and boiled eggs . Finally granish with chopped coriander and roasted jeera(optional)

Indo-Chinese Chicken Manchurian Recipe

A delicious and popular Indo-Chinese recipe-Chicken Manchurian Gravy.  Fried chicken pieces in a spicy and tangy sauce


Description : INDIAN KHICHDI  , Ingredients   Rice - 1. 1/2 Glass. Moong Dal : 1/2 glass. Green chilies : 4 Nos. Curd : 1 cup. Lemon- 1. Bay leaf- 1. Cloves-  7 -10 pieces. Black pepper - 7-10 pieces. Onions - 2 big Size. Turmeric - 1/4 spoon. Ghee - 3 table spoon. Oil - 4 Tea spoon. Pudina leaves Bunch. Salt . Jeera 1/4 spoon. eliachi- 5-8 nos Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 table Spoon. Procedure: 1.Take Rice cooker ( Suggested to Use electric Cooker or You can use Normal Cooker Also) . Heat the Cooker or pan and add 3 tbl spoon Oil. 2 , Add jeera , cloves , elaichi , bay leaves , green chillies ( slit length wise ) and fry till aroma comes out. 3.  Add finely chopped onions, Add little salt and  fry till it turns to golden brown colour. 4. Add ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon , and slightly fry and mix it well with other ingredients . 5.Add 3 Tbl spoon Pure ghee, and also add washed rice and Moong dal simultaneously and fry till it lightly changes color
