Masala Egg Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS-

Peanuts -40 gmsTill seeds - 4 tbspnJeera- 5 Tsp
Dhanya/Coriander seeds - 3 tspn
Red chillies - 2/as per taste
Dry coconut - 1/4 cup /or less as per tasteTurmeric powderOnions - 2
tomatoes - 1Tamarind pulp - lemon sized in !/4 cup watersalt to tasteEggs - 4 ( hard boiled , peeled and slit)1 small cinnamon stick , 5 cloves and 1 tsp pepper(make fine powder )Corriander

HOW TO-
First dry roast all the peanuts , till seeds, jeera , dhanya , red chilles , dry coconut , whole garam masala and make fine powderThen fry 1 and a half onion and make paste . In pan add required oil and finely chopped onion ( remaining part) and tomatoes and let them fry and form gravy like consistency.
Now add the dry masala powder and onion paste and let it cook for few minutes .

Add turmeric and salt, and close the lid and let the gravy boil .
Then add tamrind pulp and boiled eggs .
Finally granish with chopped coriander and roasted jeera(optional)

Serve Hot with steamed rice/ chapati/naan roti...
